Real Estate Private Equity platform is looking for a senior individual with a strong track record in corporate finance to support their fundraising and M&A activities.

Our client is a value added international real estate fund management platform with around €2 billion of assets under management and offices in the UK, Europe and Asia. The team has extensive operating experience of investing, financing, developing and managing real estate throughout Europe and Asia.

The company has experienced significant success and is now looking for an experienced individual to join the management team and head up all corporate finance activities. This will be a broad role and our client needs someone who will really roll their sleeves up and be prepared to get involved in a variety of areas. Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for M&A activity and Corporate Finance across the business

• Equity and debt raising for real estate projects

• Advice on the acquisition of real estate portfolios/companies

• Advice on corporate real estate transactions, sale and leaseback, opco propco's

Individual

• 10 - 15 years+ with experience of working either in a bank, private equity shop or a real estate investor

• Experience of leading M&A and capital markets transactions for real estate clients in all sectors of commercial and residential real estate

• A solid track record in UK and European markets

• Seasoned exposure to working within real estate / property

• Project management and organizational skills
