Our client is seeking an outstanding Real Estate Credit specialist to join their busy team.

The role will focus primarily on new business proposals, analysing loans structures, analysing the underlying assets and ensuring that all deals comply with the Bank's credit strategy.

This role will also look at the existing book and the successful candidate will involve the ongoing management and assessment including compliance checks, cash flow analysis, borrower analysis, production of credit applications and liaising with loans administration.

You will also need to liaise with other banks on syndicated facilities where appropropriate.

This is a senior appointment and the successful candidate will deputise for the UK Head of Credit where necessary.
